Location: runnr / Quorum International, Inc. Head Office, 73 Good Harvest Complex, C. Raymundo Ave, Pasig, 1606 Metro Manila

Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo runs from September 12 - October 31, 2025.

2. For every single receipt purchase of adidas merchandise with a minimum purchase of PHP 8,000 at any runnr branch nationwide and runnr.com.ph, customers can get a chance to win one (1) out of five (5) official registration for the upcoming Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon on December 07, 2025.

3. A minimum single receipt purchase of Php 8,000 is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.

4. A minimum single receipt purchase of PHP 13,000 is equivalent to two (2) raffle entries.

5. The five winners will be drawn from the following: One (1) winner will be from purchases made from runnr BGC, one (1) winner will be from purchases made from runnr Cebu, one (1) winner will be from purchases made from runnr CDO, and two (2) winners will be from purchases made from runnr.com.ph

6. Each drawn winner will win one (1) prize inclusive of the following:

Two (2) winners: Entry for the 42 Km full marathon category in the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon on December 07, 2025, roundtrip Economy airfare (Manila-Singapore-Manila via Philippine Airlines) for one (1), and 5 days/ 4 nights hotel accommodation at Mercure Singapore Bugis (December 3-7, 2025)
Three (3) winners: Entry for the 21 Km full marathon category in the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon on December 07, 2025, roundtrip Economy airfare (Manila-Singapore-Manila via Philippine Airlines) for one (1), and 5 days/ 4 nights hotel accommodation at Mercure Singapore Bugis (December 3-7, 2025)
Prize duration is valid only for December 3-7, 2025.

7. Promo participant must register in an online sign-up sheet where they will be asked to present a single receipt with a minimum purchase of at least PHP 8,000 of adidas merchandise from any of the participating RUNNR stores.

8. More than one entry per customer will be allowed as long as participant registers on another online sign-up sheet and present a different single receipt with at least PHP 8,000 of adidas merchandise from any of the participating RUNNR stores with a different sales invoice number. One single receipt with a minimum purchase of PHP 8,000 + One (1) sign-up sheet = One entry.

9. Customer must input the following info: Full Name, Postal Address, Contact Number, E-mail Address, Date of Birth, Emergency Contact, Sales Invoice Number, Preferred Distance, and attach an image of the single receipt as proof of purchase. Deadline of submission of entries is on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

10. Raffle draw will be held on November 3, 2025, 1:00 PM, Monday at runnr / Quorum International, Inc. Head Office, 73 Good Harvest Complex, C. Raymundo Ave, Pasig, 1606 Metro Manila. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the raffle draw. All drawn winning entries shall be validated; in case any information is incorrect, the entry will be disqualified.

Winners can only be drawn once.
Passport should be valid at least six (6) months before travel date.
All out-of-pocket expenses are the responsibility of the individual prize winner.
Participants shall be solely responsible for travel documents, visa and any taxes or duties payable by them, if needed, as a result of participation in the promotion or winning or using the Prize.
runnr reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry.

11. runnr will also be drawing 2 more entries per runnr store that will serve as back-up winners in case of

non-response from any of the drawn winning entries or;
Invalid eligibility of winning entry due to the following but not limited to, passport is less than six (6) months valid before travel date, inability to travel due to physical and health-related limitations, inability to provide two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D, etc. Back-up winners will be chosen in order of their drawing sequence with prior DTI approval.

12. Winners will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, and phone call mail through contact details given, and announced via posters and social media channels of runnr. Winners will be given ten (10) days from receipt of notification to confirm their participation. After the 7-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of previously drawn back-up winners with prior approval of DTI.

13. Redemption of prizes will be from November 05 until November 15, 2025 only to give enough time to process the winner’s registration in the Singapore Marathon, and process their flights and accommodation.

14. The prize is transferable and not convertible to cash or any other item.

15. runnr reserves the right to disclose and publish name, photos and other information of the winner in any mode or manner, as relevant to the promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

16. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of runnr / Quorum International Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

17. The promo organizer’s decision with regards to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.

All winners will be notified via registered mail and email through official email address (support@runnr.com.ph)

PARTICIPATING STORES
