RUNNR X ADIDAS TAIWAN MARATHON GIVEAWAY

Promo Period: October 10 – November 15, 2024

Raffle Drawing Period: November 18, 2024, 6PM

Location: runnr Flagship Store Bonifacio High Street, BGC

Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo runs from October 10 to November 15, 2024.

2. For every purchase of any participating adidas Adizero running shoes, customers can get a chance to win one (1) out of three (3) official registration and race bib for the upcoming Taipei Marathon in December 14, 2024.

3. Each drawn winner will win one (1) prize inclusive of the following:

a. 1^st draw: Entry for the 42 Km full marathon category in the Taipei Marathon on December 14, 2024, roundtrip air fare for one (1), and 5 days/ 4 nights hotel accommodation of our choosing
b. 2^nddraw: Entry for the 42 Km full marathon category in the Taipei Marathon on December 14, 2024, roundtrip air fare for one (1), and 5 days/ 4 nights hotel accommodation of our choosing
c. 3^rd draw: Entry for the 21 Km half marathon category in the Taipei Marathon on December 14, 2024, roundtrip air fare for one (1), and 5 days/ 4 nights hotel accommodation of our choosing
d. Prize duration is valid only for December 12-16, 2024.

4. Promo participant must register in an online sign-up sheet where they will be asked to present a single receipt with at least one (1) purchase of any participating adidas Adizero running shoes from any of the participating RUNNR stores that will serve as one (1) raffle entry.

5. More than one entry per customer will be allowed as long as participant registers on another online sign-up sheet and present a different single receipt with at least one (1) purchase of any participating adidas Adizero running shoes from any of the participating RUNNR stores with a different Sales Invoice number. One (1) Adizero running shoes purchase + One (1) sign-up sheet = One (1) raffle entry

6. Customer must input the following info: Full Name, Home Address, Contact Number, E-mail Address, Birthday, Emergency Contact, Sales Invoice number, and attach a picture of a government-issued valid I.D. as well as their single receipt as proof of purchase. Deadline of submission of entries is on November 15, 2024 at 10 PM.

7. Raffle draw will be held on November 18, 2024, Monday at RUNNR’s Flagship Store in BGC, 6:00 PM. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the raffle draw. All drawn winning entries shall be validated; in case any information is incorrect, the entry will be disqualified.

a. Winners can only be drawn once.

b. Passport should be valid at least six (6) months before travel date.

c. All out-of-pocket expenses are the responsibility of the individual prize winner.

d. Participants shall be solely responsible for travel documents, visa and any taxes or duties payable by them, if needed, as a result of participation in the promotion or winning or using the Prize.

e. RUNNR reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry.

8. RUNNR will also be drawing 6 more entries that will serve as back-up winners in case of

a. non-response from any of the drawn winning entries or

b. Invalid eligibility of winning entry due to the following but not limited to, passport is less than six (6) months valid before travel date, inability to travel due to physical and health-related limitations, inability to provide two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D, etc. Back-up winners will be chosen in order of their drawing sequence with prior DTI approval.

9. Winners will be notified via registered e-mail, phone call or via mail through contact details given, and announced via posters and social media channels of RUNNR. Winners will be given seven (7) days from receipt of notification to confirm their participation. After the 7-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of previously drawn back-up winners with prior approval of DTI.

10. Redemption of prizes will be from November 18 until November 25, 2024 only to give enough time to process the winner’s registration in the Taipei Marathon, process the flights and accommodation.

11. The prize is transferable and not convertible to cash or any other item.

12. RUNNR reserve the right to disclose and publish name, photos and other information of the winner in any mode or manner, as relevant to the promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

13. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of RUNNR and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.

14. The promo organizer’s decision with regards to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
